How do I book a session?
You can book a session in one of three ways:

Please contact us before purchasing if you're looking for a specific date and time to ensure that it is available.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Our vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Do I need any experience to participate?
No experience is necessary. Our instructors will provide a fun and engaging experience for everyone, regardless of skill and experience level.
Can I have a gift certificate with the recipient's name on it?
Yes! Contact us via phone or email if you've already purchased a session, and we'll arrange for an e-Voucher to be sent to you at no extra cost.
If you haven't purchased yet, simply add the name you would like on the voucher at checkout.
Do I have to pay extra if I bring a guest?
No, there's no extra charge to bring guests to your session. We have space for three people to watch from within the simulator itself.
Additionally, we have a reception area with a live video feed from the simulator and a tea and coffee-making station.
Are there any age restrictions for participation?
Children under the age of 12 can't participate due to the nature of the Simulator. A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 18.
Is there step-free access to the cockpit?
No, the Simulator doesn't have step-free access. Contact us if you have any questions about access and mobility.
Does the Simulator move?
We have a Fixed Base 737 Simulator, which does not physically move during a session. However, due to the nature of our 4K 225-degree visual system and the dynamic sound environment, our customers often feel like they are actually flying.
How much does a flight simulator experience cost?
Our flight simulator experiences start from £50 for a 30-minute taster, up to longer sessions and multi-hour training packages. See our Book Now page for full prices.
